How billing works
You add funds to one prepaid balance. It pays for number plans, texts and calls. Plans renew automatically from the balance, and you can turn renewal off any time. The included $1 credit is used before the balance.

Is this a real mobile number or VoIP?
TwinNumber gives you a real U.S. mobile number. Carrier databases list it as mobile, not VoIP, so it works with many services that reject VoIP numbers, like banks and messaging apps.
Do I need to live in the United States?
No. TwinNumber works from 150+ countries. All you need is an internet connection and a browser.
Can I receive verification codes from my bank?
Usually, yes. You can receive SMS verification codes from banks, payment apps and most online services. Each service makes its own rules, so a few may still refuse non-carrier numbers.
Where can I text and call?
Texts go to 240+ countries; you see the price for each country before sending. Calls work with U.S. and Canadian numbers.
Are there contracts or hidden fees?
No contracts. Your plan includes $1 of calls and texts every month. After that, texts start at $0.02 and calls cost $0.03 a minute, paid from your prepaid balance. Plans renew automatically and you can cancel anytime.
What devices can I use?
Any modern browser on your computer, tablet or phone. Your current SIM and carrier stay exactly as they are.
Can I have more than one number?
Yes, up to 5 numbers in one account. Each has its own plan, name and conversations.
What happens if I stop paying?
The number is paused when its plan can't be renewed. Add funds within 30 days to keep it; after that it's released.
