Questions

Can DoorDash send my code by email instead?

No. DoorDash's help says verification codes can only go to a phone number, and the number must be able to receive SMS; landlines don't work.

My DoorDash code didn't arrive. What should I do?

Check that the number is right, wait a minute and tap Resend Code. After too many attempts, wait 30 minutes before trying again.

Do I need to live in the U.S.?

No. TwinNumber works from 150+ countries with just a browser and an internet connection.

What if a code doesn't arrive?

Request a new code, then check your inbox and notification settings. If it keeps failing, contact us and we'll look into it.
