- Your login: you can sign in to Webull with your phone number or your email.
- A contact number on your profile, kept separate from your login number.

Why the line type matters
Brokerages often check whether a number is mobile, landline or VoIP before sending a code, and many turn VoIP numbers away. TwinNumber numbers are registered as mobile.

Why does Webull have two phone numbers on my account?
Webull keeps your login phone or email separate from your contact phone and email. If you are moving to a new number, update both.
I can't get codes on my old number. How do I log in?
Enter your login number or email and your password, choose the option for a phone or email that isn't working, then answer your security question.
Who can open a Webull account?
Webull's U.S. accounts require being 18 or older, an SSN or ITIN, a U.S. residential address and being a permanent resident of the U.S. or its territories, or holding an accepted visa. A U.S. phone number doesn't change that, and Webull verifies your identity with your own documents.
Is TwinNumber affiliated with Webull?
No. We test our numbers with popular services and publish the results. Webull is a trademark of its owner.
What if a code doesn't arrive?
Request a new code, then check your inbox and notification settings. If it keeps failing, contact us and we'll look into it.
