Can I use Binance.US if I live outside the U.S.?
No. Binance.US serves only the United States and its supported territories, and some states, including New York and Texas, aren't supported. Its 2FA guide adds that SMS authentication won't work if you're located outside these areas.
I can't receive SMS codes anymore. What do I do?
Below the code field, choose "Issue receiving an SMS" and confirm your identity, using the ID you verified your account with. Resetting 2FA puts a 48-hour hold on withdrawals.
Does a U.S. number change Binance.US's verification?
No. Binance.US verifies you with your own details, including the last four digits of your Social Security number, and you must live in a supported state. For 2FA it recommends an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator.

Request a new code, then check your inbox and notification settings. If it keeps failing, contact us and we'll look into it.
