- Account settings in your brand portal keep your personal contact details, next to your login email and bank details.
- Faire can text you about your account and orders once you check the box next to your mobile phone number.
- If you forget your password, the sign-in code goes to your login email, so the number is for contact rather than login.

In your Faire brand portal, go to Settings, then the Account settings tab.

Edit your personal contact details with the new mobile number.

Choose your texts
Check or clear the box next to the mobile phone number to turn texts about your account and orders on or off, then save.
Why the line type matters
Marketplaces often check whether a number is mobile, landline or VoIP before sending a code, and many turn VoIP numbers away. TwinNumber numbers are registered as mobile.

Does Faire send login codes by text?
Faire's help describes login codes by email: if you forget your password, Email me a code sends a one-time code to your login email.
Can my brand sell on Faire from outside its listed countries?
Yes. Faire says brands based elsewhere can still apply. Payouts are then made in USD to a U.S. bank account, and you ship orders on your own.
Does Faire have a phone number I can call?
No. Faire offers callbacks only to Insider members in the U.S., U.K. and Canada; others get help through its virtual assistant, live chat or email.
Do I need to live in the U.S.?
No. TwinNumber works from 150+ countries with just a browser and an internet connection.
Is TwinNumber affiliated with Faire?
No. We test our numbers with popular services and publish the results. Faire is a trademark of its owner.
What if a code doesn't arrive?
Request a new code, then check your inbox and notification settings. If it keeps failing, contact us and we'll look into it.
