Why isn't my Depop login code arriving?
Depop names an old app version, no network coverage or roaming turned off. Tap Didn't get your code?, then Resend 6-digit SMS. A TwinNumber receives texts over the internet, so roaming doesn't matter.
Can I change my 2FA settings on depop.com?
No. Depop says changes to two-factor authentication, including turning it off or back on, must be made in the app.
Will Depop text or call me about my account?
Apart from the login codes you ask for, no. Depop says all its communication is by email and it won't contact you by WhatsApp, SMS or phone call, so treat those messages as possible phishing.
