Open Security settings
Select your profile icon, then go to Settings > Security settings.

Edit Two-Step Verification
Under Two-Step Verification, select Edit, enter the new mobile number and save.

Confirm with a code
Enter the code sent to your phone, or your recovery code if you can no longer reach it.

Keep the recovery code
Copy the new recovery code Payoneer shows and store it somewhere safe.
Why the line type matters
Financial services often check whether a number is mobile, landline or VoIP before sending a code, and many turn VoIP numbers away. TwinNumber numbers are registered as mobile.

No. Payoneer keeps them separate: the two-step number can differ from the one in your profile, so update both if you're moving everything to a new number.
