What Airwallex uses your number for

- With SMS two-factor authentication on, Airwallex texts your login code to a separate 2FA number.
- The business's primary contact number gets payment notifications and calls from your account manager.

Why the line type matters
Financial services often check whether a number is mobile, landline or VoIP before sending a code, and many turn VoIP numbers away. TwinNumber numbers are registered as mobile.

PayoneerQuestions
If I change my number once, does Airwallex update it everywhere?
No. The login number, the primary contact number and the 2FA number are separate, and updating one does not change the others.
How does Airwallex verify a new phone with the app?
The first time you log into the Airwallex mobile app on a device, it asks you to verify that device with a link sent to your registered email.
Do I need to live in the U.S.?
No. TwinNumber works from 150+ countries with just a browser and an internet connection.
Is TwinNumber affiliated with Airwallex?
No. We test our numbers with popular services and publish the results. Airwallex is a trademark of its owner.
What if a code doesn't arrive?
