Tap Phone number (Edit Phone on the web) and enter the new number.

Enter the SMS code and answer the security check; OkCupid emails you a confirmation.
Why the line type matters
Dating apps often check whether a number is mobile, landline or VoIP before sending a code, and many turn VoIP numbers away. TwinNumber numbers are registered as mobile.
