What Novo uses your number for
- The Novo application sends a phone verification code, from short code 58988, before you can continue.
- Signing in from a new device or location may ask for a code sent to your phone.
- Travel, location changes and new devices can make those login codes show up more often.

Why the line type matters
Banks often check whether a number is mobile, landline or VoIP before sending a code, and many turn VoIP numbers away. TwinNumber numbers are registered as mobile.

What does Novo require to send the application code?
Novo's help says you need a U.S. cell number from a major carrier, must be in the U.S., can't use a VPN and can't use a VoIP or virtual number. Manual verification isn't available for this step.
Can I change my number after submitting the Novo application?
Not while it is under review, because your information is locked. Once the account is active, you can update it in the app.
Is TwinNumber affiliated with Novo?
No. We test our numbers with popular services and publish the results. Novo is a trademark of its owner.
What if a code doesn't arrive?
Request a new code, then check your inbox and notification settings. If it keeps failing, contact us and we'll look into it.
