Sign in at chase.com or in the Chase app and choose Profile & settings.

Edit your phone
Choose Email or Phone, then change the number Chase uses for all communications.

Fix alert delivery
For account alerts, go to Alerts > Alerts delivery and choose Edit next to the number.
Why the line type matters
Banks often check whether a number is mobile, landline or VoIP before sending a code, and many turn VoIP numbers away. TwinNumber numbers are registered as mobile.

Is the Chase alerts number the same as my profile number?
They can differ. Alerts delivery has its own list, so after changing your profile number, check that alerts point to the right one too.
How do I know a Chase text is real?
Chase lists the short codes it texts from on its security page. If a message looks suspicious, don't reply; call the number on your card or statement.
Do I need to live in the U.S.?
No. TwinNumber works from 150+ countries with just a browser and an internet connection.

What if a code doesn't arrive?
Request a new code, then check your inbox and notification settings. If it keeps failing, contact us and we'll look into it.
