Why the line type matters
Financial services often check whether a number is mobile, landline or VoIP before sending a code, and many turn VoIP numbers away. TwinNumber numbers are registered as mobile.
Why banks reject Google Voice →Questions
Can I use a VoIP number on Brex?
No. Brex accepts a domestic or international number but not a VoIP one. TwinNumber numbers are registered as mobile, not VoIP.
Can I have two phone numbers on one Brex user?
No. Each Brex user can have only one phone number on their account.
Will Brex call me and ask for my 2FA code?
No. Brex says it will never call you to ask for your two-factor code.
Do I need to live in the U.S.?
No. TwinNumber works from 150+ countries with just a browser and an internet connection.
Is TwinNumber affiliated with Brex?
No. We test our numbers with popular services and publish the results. Brex is a trademark of its owner.
What if a code doesn't arrive?
