Why the line type matters
Delivery apps often check whether a number is mobile, landline or VoIP before sending a code, and many turn VoIP numbers away. TwinNumber numbers are registered as mobile.

How do I stop Seamless order texts?
Reply STOP to the number sending them. Stopping Grubhub's texts doesn't stop Seamless's, and service messages such as security notices keep coming.
Do I have to update Seamless when I change numbers?
Yes. Seamless's terms ask you to update your account right away if the number on it changes or is deactivated.
Where does Seamless work?
Seamless, part of Grubhub, lists restaurants in cities across the U.S. TwinNumber receives texts, not calls yet, so order texts reach your browser but a call from the restaurant won't.
Do I need to live in the U.S.?
No. TwinNumber works from 150+ countries with just a browser and an internet connection.
Is TwinNumber affiliated with Seamless?
No. We test our numbers with popular services and publish the results. Seamless is a trademark of its owner.
What if a code doesn't arrive?
Request a new code, then check your inbox and notification settings. If it keeps failing, contact us and we'll look into it.
