Open My Account
In the Gopuff app or on the website, go to My Account.

Select Settings, where you can review and update your phone number and email address.

Enter your new phone number and save it.
Why the line type matters
Delivery apps often check whether a number is mobile, landline or VoIP before sending a code, and many turn VoIP numbers away. TwinNumber numbers are registered as mobile.

Can I log in to Gopuff if I don't have my phone?
Yes. Enter the phone number on your account on another device, and Gopuff sends the 4-digit code to both your phone and your account email, so you can read it from your email.
I didn't get a Gopuff order confirmation text. Was my order placed?
Check your phone number under My Account, then Settings. If there's no View Order Status box under your delivery address on the home screen, the order wasn't placed.
Where does Gopuff deliver?
Gopuff delivers in more than 1,000 cities in the U.S. and the U.K., but not everywhere; enter your address at gopuff.com to check. TwinNumber receives texts, not calls yet, so you'll get your codes and order texts in your browser.
Do I need to live in the U.S.?
No. TwinNumber works from 150+ countries with just a browser and an internet connection.
Is TwinNumber affiliated with Gopuff?
No. We test our numbers with popular services and publish the results. Gopuff is a trademark of its owner.
What if a code doesn't arrive?
Request a new code, then check your inbox and notification settings. If it keeps failing, contact us and we'll look into it.
